Service Description

  • This service allows non-Kuwaiti applicants to issue learner's private driving licenses, pursuant to the Traffic Law Articles and Provisions, Executive Regulation No. (67/76), and Amendments thereof.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The Provisions of the Ministerial Decree No. (1729\2005) must be met

Required Documents

  • Blood type certificate
  • Sponsor's original civil ID and a copy
  • Written letter from the residence sponsor
  • Copy of the passport
  • Two (2) personal photos (4 × 6 cm) with blue background

Procedures

Visit the General Traffic Department in the governorate you refer to and submit the required documents.

Have the medical check-up
Pay the fees due
