Service Description

  • The cooperatives’ desire to implement construction projects or general improvements ranging in value from 1,500 -100,000 KD.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Submit the application through the Co-op system- (Al-Maykanah).

Required Documents

  • Financial approval from the Cooperative Control Department.
  • The minutes of the board meeting indicating the approval of the project.
  • A letter from the cooperative requesting the establishment of the project.
  • The decision to allocate to sites of a structural nature.
  • Organizational plan for projects of a structural nature.

Procedures

​Opening the bids for consulting offices and contractors.​

​Reviewing and approving the recommendation of the consulting office.​

​Issuing a bestowing letter.​
