  • This service allows citizens, residents, private-sector companies and institutions, as well as government entities, to request the clearing of rainwater drains and sewage lines.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Contact the governorate where the complaint is located directly, or call (150). This number works only on the ministry’s network.
