Service Description

  • Providing a safe and secure environment to enable families separated by divorce to see their children.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The Service is available in Kuwait only.

Required Documents

  • Supporting documents for custody and visitation rights, in cooperation with Family Consultation and the General Directorate of Execution in the Ministry of Justice.
