Service Description

  • This service allows citizens and business sector (organizations and companies) to obtain preliminary approval for redesign building

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Unrequired

Required Documents

  • An authorization letter from the owner to the consulting firm to review KFSD for the building which is the subject of the study
  • (3) hard copies of architectural plans
  • Provide a hard copy of the industrial design (only for factories)
  • Provide plans loaded on CD (*. DWF) and the file does not contain Arabic characters or spaces
  • Provide accounts speed elevators (if any) loaded on CD (*. PDF) and the file does not contain Arabic characters or spaces
  • Provide ventilation accounts (if any) loaded on CD (*. PDF) and the file does not contain Arabic characters or spaces
  • Project File No
