Service Description

  • This service allows citizens and business sector (organizations and companies) to obtain preliminary approving temporary buildings plans for project

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Unrequired

Required Documents

  • Image of allocation the building for buildings and installations government agencies
  • A copy of a valid lease for buildings and installations in industrial areas
  • A copy of the document property for investment and commercial buildings and judgment
  • A copy of Civil ID for authorized signatory (buildings and installations in industrial areas - investment and commercial buildings and judgment) (whether the owner companies and institutions or persons)
  • A copy of the signature (in the case , the owner of the building are companies and institutions)
  • A letter from investment companies dealing with the KFSD for the building which is the subject of the study (in the case of leasing)
  • An Authorization letter from the owner to the consulting office to review KFSD for the building which is the subject of the study
  • (3) hard copies of architectural plans
  • Provide a hard copy of the industrial design (only for factories)
  • Provide plans loaded on CD (*. DWF) and the file does not contain Arabic characters or spaces
  • Provide accounts speed elevators (if any) loaded on CD (*. PDF) and the file does not contain Arabic characters or spaces
  • Provide ventilation accounts (if any) loaded on CD (*. PDF) and the file does not contain Arabic characters or spaces
