Required Documents

  • Copy of the commercial license
  • Copy of Kuwait Municipality approval
  • Social affairs and labor certification
  • Copy of license from Kuwait fire service Directorate.
  • Copy of advertisement license
  • Copy of Authorized signature.
  • Copy of the establishment contract and primary system of the owner
  • Copy of the commercial register of the company
  • PACI civil No. for the building
  • Copy of the lease of the building or holding ownership .

Registration in tourism site and printing the form of requesting tourism Agency license ​
Bringing the required documents and head to tourism sector - Ministry of Information​
