  • PACI civil No. for the building.
  • A certificate of the managing company of the project.
  • Project location.
  • Commercial Name of the project.
  • Required classification form.
  • Contents of the hotel establishment.
  • Period time to finish the project.
  • Copy of lease of the building or holding ownership.
  • Spatial scheme.
  • Copy of an economic feasibility approved study.
  • Copy of structural scheme.
