Service Description

  • This service allows the business sector to request changing addresses of companies and organizations.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The place should be existent.
  • The license owner shall be present or the origin of the attorney or the signature authorization should be brought to the Government Mall of Ministries Complex - Licenses Section - Censorship on Artistic Works Department.

Required Documents

  • Letter from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry stating the request of changing addresses of companies and organizations.
  • Lease contract and receipt.
  • Kuwait Municipality approval, provided that the space taken for all activities shall not be less than 12 meters; except for the space taken for the media production activities which shall not be less than 15 meters.
  • Copy of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry license.
  • Original license of the Ministry of Information.
  • Entity number from the Public Authority for Civil Information.
