Service Description

  • Installing phone line cable service is one of the major services of Ministry of Communication. It forms the basis of providing telephone service and the other relevant services provided by the Ministry

  • N/A

Required Documents

  • Letter from Kuwait Municipality addressed to Assistant Undersecretary of Ministry of Communication
  • General site plan for the parcel
  • Copy of civil ID
  • Note: A new system will be applied without the need to provide documents. This system will be applied in all exchanges upon the subscriber request

Procedures

Submit all required documents to Telephone Network Department​
Set a date for the applicant for technical survey​
Calculate the cost of technical survey to be paid by the applicant​
Pay the prescribed fees​
Set a date to implement work after completing all required procedures​
Provide the applicant with the required telephone service​
