Service Description

  • The subscriber can benefit from this service if he is travelling or absent from home for a long time in order to protect the phone from being manipulated. Note that the annual subscription to the service will remain in the phone account as subscriber’s dues to the Ministry

  • N/A

Required Documents

  • Copy of civil ID
  • Copy of the clearance certificate

Procedures

Visit the telephone exchange to which the subscriber phone number is associated​
Submit required documents​
