Service Description

  • This service allows maintaining the contracts of seamen on board, where a ratified contract is carried out when hiring or terminating a seaman

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Unrequired

Required Documents

  • Copy of the contracts between the owner of the vessel and seamen
  • Copy of the passport for non-Kuwaiti seamen, or the Certificate of Maritime Service

Receive the ratified contracts

(0) KD Variable fees
(3) KD Fixed fees: If contracts ratified at the Maritime Affairs Department office
(5) KD Fixed fees: If contracts are ratified on board
