Service Description

  • Issue a replacement license for using wireless devices in case of loss or damage or transfer of a device from one location to another

Eligibility or Criteria

  • There are no conditions

Required Documents

  • Letter to the under-secretary of state indicating the type of request
  • Clearance Certificate
  • In the case of transfer, the previous license in addition to a copy of the new car or location registration should be submitted

Pay the fees
Receive the requested license
