Service Description

  • Ministry of Communications offers rental spaces for companies and other entities to render their services in the field of telecommunications

Eligibility or Criteria

  • N/A

Required Documents

  • A request letter for a rental space directed to the undersecretary of the Ministry

Procedures

Receive an approval from the Space and Room Committee​
Get the previous license issued by the Ministry for the company​

Fees

(0) KD Variable fees
First: Antennas installed on the Liberation Tower:
1) Antenna mast (above 240 meters): 2500 dinars monthly
2) Platform: 2000 dinars annually

Second: Antennas installed on Ministry Towers:
1) Steel towers: 650 dinars annually
2) Concrete towers: 1250 dinars annually
3) Antennas installed on Ministry buildings: 1500 dinars annually

Third: Spaces inside Ministry buildings:
1) Used for devices: 100 dinars monthly for the first square meter, and 15 dinars monthly for each additional meter
2) Used for devices: 100 dinars monthly for the first square meter, and 5 dinars monthly for each additional meter

Fourth: Spaces inside the Liberation Tower:
1) The rental value of the northern part
Floor 11: 7.500 dinars monthly
Floors 7 – 8 – 9 – 10: 6.500 dinars monthly
2) The rental value of the southern part
Floor 11: 7 dinars monthly
Floors 7 – 8 – 9 – 10: 6 dinars monthly
3) The rental value of the full floor
Floor 11: 6.500 dinars monthly
Floors 7 – 8 – 9 – 10: 5.500 dinars monthly
