Service Description

  • This service allows subscribers to transfer the phone line installed in houses, apartments and commercial shops from one port to another within the same location

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Unrequired

Required Documents

  • Copy of the civil ID of the two parties
  • Clearance certificate of the two parties
  • Copy of the new lease contract

Procedures

Visit the Customer Service Section at the Central which the subscriber's phone number refers to and submit the required documents
Pay the fees due
