Service Description

  • This service allows connecting new trademarks to old ones for the registration applicant.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • 1. Service shall be provided to the applicant for registering similar trademarks in one category.
  • The applicant undertakes to connect the required trademarks together.
  • 3. The Ministry sends a registered notice with return receipt to the trademark holder to connect trademarks together.

Required Documents

  • Local: Trademark number to be endorsed
  • Foreign: Trademark number and the official authorization

Procedures

Visit the Ministry of Commerce, Sharq area, Al Shuhada st., KIPCO tower, Trademark Control Department, Patents Office and submit the documents.
