Service Description

  • This service for private sector allows applying for establishing an insurance company branch (renewal).

Eligibility or Criteria

  • 1. Letter from the company requesting renewing the branch
  • 2. Letter from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor approving the renewal, if the location is in a cooperative society

Required Documents

  • 1. Letter from the insurance company requesting renewing the branch
  • 2. Certificate for allocating an industrial parcel (if the location is in industrial areas)
  • 3. Lease receipt

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, 2nd floor, 1st block, Insurance Department and submit the required documents.
