Service Description

  • This service allows modification due to partners ending partnership.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • 1. If the partnership comprises only two persons, a partner may not end partnership except after a new partner enters into partnership instead.
  • 2. The license must be valid.

Required Documents

  • 1. Copy of the company license
  • 2. Copy of the civil ID

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, 1st floor, block 2, Department of Partnerships and submit the required documents.
