Service Description

  • This service allows applying for license to provide free instant gifts and prizes offer.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • 1. Licensed only for commercial and industrial organizations and companies
  • 2. The offer shall be valid for the public only.
  • 3. The offer period doesn’t exceed 3 months per offer. The Ministry may grant an exception if required.
  • 4. Terms and conditions regulating the offer must be adhered to.
  • 5. Application shall be submitted 7 days before the offer starts.

Required Documents

  • License application to provide the offer
  • Copy of the commercial license
  • List of commodities specified in the offer
  • 4- Signature authorization
  • 5- Initial from of the offer’s advertisement
  • 6 – Initial form of the instant prizes coupon
  • 7 - Copy of the international offer license issued by the country hosting the exhibition
  • 8 – Letter from the main company stating that it’s hosting an exhibition for a group of countries

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, 3rd floor, block 2,
Consumer Protection Department, Advertisements and Free Offers Department and submit the required documents.
