Service Description

  • This service allows applying for reducing the company's capital.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • 1. Not conflicting with the value of creditors, and increasing it from the suggested capital
  • 2. The company license must be valid.

Required Documents

  • 1. Balance sheet of the company
  • 2. Certificate from the auditor explaining the reasons for reduction
  • 3. Copy of the company license

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, 1st floor, block 2, Department of Partnerships and submit the required documents.
