Service Description

  • This service allows business sector to transfer a license from a license owner to another.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Submitting a transfer application form

Required Documents

  • 1. New lease contract
  • 2. Lease receipt
  • 3. Original license
  • 4. Transfer application form submitted by the license owner (data modification application form)
  • 5. Letter from the Ministry of Social Affairs, if the shop is located in any cooperative society
  • 6. Letter from the Public Authority of Industry, if the office is located in the industrial parcels
  • 7. Response of the Kuwait Municipality regarding the site validity

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, 2nd floor, 1st block, Insurance Department and submit the required documents.
