Eligibility or Criteria

  • The license must be valid.

Required Documents

  • 1. Original license signature
  • 2. Partners’ signatures on the modification application
  • 3. Civil ID and copy of the court judgment for partner name modification
  • 4. Civil ID of the foreigner partner

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, 1st floor, block 2, Department of Partnerships and submit the required documents.
