Service Description

  • This service allows modifying administration items

Eligibility or Criteria

  • 1. The company license must be valid.
  • 2. If the manager is a non-Kuwaiti, the residency must be with the company.
  • 3. If the manager is a Kuwaiti citizen, he must not be working at any government entity.

Required Documents

  • 1. Copy of Civil ID for the one responsible for management
  • 2. Copy of the company license
  • 3. Certificate from the Public Authority for Social Securities stating that the new manager is not a government employee (if the manager is a Kuwaiti citizen)

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, 1st floor, block 2, Department of Partnerships and submit the required documents.
