Service Description

  • This service of state property contracts allows business sector to have the Stock Gains Tax Retrieval form attested for government entities, private sector, and individuals

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Copy of the civil ID
  • Copy of the nationality certificate
  • Copy of the passport ,for residents
  • Copy of the documents ,title to shares and number of shares
  • Title to foreign shares, and number and type of shares , Share Retrieval form
  • Letter to the department to attest the forms

Required Documents

  • Beneficiary Data form
  • Declaration form

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, located in ElMerqab, Block 1, Building 14, 1st floor, Tax Liability and Planning Department, and submit the required documents
