Service Description

  • This service allows citizens and private sector to conclude (agricultural – plant nursery - cattle and poultry breeding) contracts.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • N/A

Required Documents

  • Copy of the civil ID
  • Signature of Minors Affairs Manager, in case of a minor
  • The old contract, in case of renewal, expansion, or sorting
  • Allocation letter from the Public Authority for Agriculture and Fish Resources
  • In case of contractual mortgage at the bank, the applicant shall not receive the contract except by submitting the deed of release or sending it to the mortgagor bank
  • Articles of incorporations, for companies and organizations
  • Power of attorney, in case an agent exists, and the civil ID of the agent
  • Determination of heirs
  • Signature authorization

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, located in ElMerqab, Block 1, Building 11, 1st floor, Parcel Department - State Property contracts, and submit the required documents
