  • This Service allows business sector to hold private hospital contracts.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • N/A

Required Documents

  • A letter from Kuwait Municipality attached with the Municipal Council Resolution of location allocation
  • Letter from Kuwait Municipality stating the site installation and evacuation of constraints
  • The project area chart approved by Kuwait Municipality
  • The project blueprint approved by Kuwait Municipality
  • The preliminary study including project cost/project schedule
  • Approval of the Ministry of Health/License from the Ministry of Health
  • A Proof that the capital of the company is at least a million dinars
  • A copy of civil ID of the authorized signatory
  • Investor's official address and mail
  • A copy of the power of attorney in case it exists
  • Ministry of Commerce and Industry license
  • Bank guarantee , when concluding the contract
  • Certificate of Kuwaiti Employment Fulfillment from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor
  • Accounting Headquarters approval
  • Fatwa and Legislation Department approval
  • Council of Ministers approval

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, located in ElMerqab, Block 1, Building 11, 1st floor, Development Projects – State Property Contracts, and submit the required documents
