Service Description

  • This service allows citizens to receive appraisal letters.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The real estate has to be expropriated

Required Documents

  • Copy of the civil ID
  • Original document and a copy
  • Copy of inheritance determination in case of the death of the applicant, and a copy of the heirs' civil IDs
  • Letter from the Public Authority for Minors Affairs, in case of having minors under its guardianship
  • If the real estate is owned through a court judgment, the judgment should be submitted annotated by the original write of execution and a copy of it
  • Copy of the special power of attorney in case of having an irrevocable power of attorney

Procedures

Visit the Expropriation Department located in ElMerqab, Abdullah Al-Mubarak Street, Al Maseel Market, Block 10/B, 4th floor, and submit the required documents
