Service Description

  • This service allows the protection from contagious diseases

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The age group must conform to the vaccine type

Required Documents

  • Civil ID, for adults
  • Birth certificate, for children
  • Vaccine card issued from the Preventive Health Center the child refers to, for children
  • International vaccine card (if available), for adults

Procedures

Visit the nearest Preventive Health Center depending on the place of residence and submit the required documents, in case the applicant is a child. If the applicant is an adult, visit the nearest Preventive Health Center depending on the place of residence
