Service Description

  • This service allows governmental elementary and middle school students to benefit from the sector of preventive, medical, and awareness services.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The student must be registered in a governmental elementary or middle school.

Required Documents

  • Civil ID, for Kuwaiti applicants
  • Civil ID and health card, for non-Kuwaiti applicants

Procedures

Bring the required documents and visit the clinic of the School Dental Programs of the Ministry of Health to which the student refers for registering
