Service Description

  • This service allows private companies and organization and government entities to request connecting the groundwater to rainwater manhole until the completion of the project.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The Department's team shall take sample to perform the necessary tests thereon in order to make sure of the rate of sulfide dissolved in groundwater.

Required Documents

  • Written approval to connect the groundwater withdrawing from the project site through the rainwater network
  • Groundwater checking report to know the rate of sulfide dissolved therein, prepared by one of the laboratories certified by the Ministry of Public Works
  • Declaration and Undertaking Form
  • Visit Form of the engineer who is responsible for the practice
