1932 -- Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, in a letter to the British commissioner, approved of Iraq Premier Nouri Al-Saeed's proposal on the joint borders of the two Arab states.
1960 -- Kuwait Insurance Company (KIC) was established at a capital of five million rupees.
1960 -- Kuwait's Amir Sheikh Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah signed a decree to establish the National Industries Company (NIC) at a capital of 25 million rupees.
1966 -- The State of Kuwait signed into the agreement forming the Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO), an entity established by the Arab League Council in April first, 1961.
