  • Submitting the renewal application a month before the end date of the license

  • 1. Filling the form prepared for this purpose
  • 2. Lease receipt
  • 3. Copy of civil ID
  • 4. Copy of passport
  • 5. Renewing the certificate of professional liability insurance

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, 2nd floor, 1st block, Insurance Department and submit the required documents
