Eligibility or Criteria

  • 1. Presence of the person submitting the complaint

  • 2. The complaint must be submitted at the police station to which the store being complained about is affiliated

  • 3. presence of the commodity subject to complaint

Required Documents

  • 1. The receipt subject to complaint
  • 2. Personal ID

Procedures

Visit the centers of Ministry of Commerce and Industry affiliated with the Commercial Control Department which covers all governments (near the cooperative stores), and submit the required document.
