  • This service allows citizens to obtain a To Whom it May Concern certificate , with property of the person appraised for

Eligibility or Criteria

  • N/A

Required Documents

  • : A letter is submitted in the following cases
  • If the request is from the Saving and Credit Bank, it is not transferred to the Legal Affairs Department
  • If the request belongs to the applicant, a letter is submitted to the manager of the State Property Real Estate Department + civil ID + certificate from the Expropriation Department, and it is to be transferred to the Legal Affairs Department for approval

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, located in ElMerqab, Block 1, Building 11, ground floor, Documentation Department – State Property Real Estate, and submit the required documents
