Service Description

  • This service allows citizens the chance to obtain To Whom it May Concern certificate (including the person’s appraised property)

Eligibility or Criteria

  • N/A

Required Documents

  • A letter is submitted: If the request is from the Saving and Credit Bank, do not refer to the Legal Affairs Department
  • A letter is submitted: If the request belongs to the applicant, a letter is submitted to manager of State Property Department + ID card + a certificate from the Expropriation Department, to be referred to Legal Affairs for approval.

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, Al Mirqab district, ground floor, 1st block, building No. 11, Documents Section, State Property Department; and submit the required documents.
