Required Documents

  • Determination of heirs
  • Contract of sale to government
  • Statement of account from the National Bank
  • Clearance Certificate from the Ministry of Electricity and Water
  • Copy of bank account numbers
  • Power of Attorneys ,if any
  • Letter from the Expropriation Department
  • Copy of the civil IDs

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, located in ElMerqab, Block 1, Building 11, ground floor, Documentation Department – State Property Real Estate, and submit the required documents
