  • This service of state property contracts allows business sector to obtain tax return services for foreign companies

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Financial period approval request
  • Issuing a tax card
  • Attaching an approved form from an auditor, pursuant to Article (13) from the Executive Regulations of the Income Tax Law No.3 of 1955
  • Registration form

Required Documents

  • Tax Return form

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, located in ElMerqab, Block 1, Building 14, 1st floor, Tax Liability and Planning Department, and submit the required documents
