Service Description

  • This service allows visitors and residents to retrieve the amounts paid as fees for medical services that were not provided by the Ministry

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The original payment receipt must be available in order to retrieve the amounts paid
  • Applicant must attend in person when retrieving the amounts paid

Required Documents

  • Original payment receipt
  • Letter from the hospital where the fees for the medical services were paid

Procedures

Visit the hospital where the fees for the medical services were paid and bring a letter from the Accounting Department in the hospital stating that the required medical service was not provided
After submitting the required documents, fill the Memorandum (A) in the Income Section - Financial Accounting Department - First Floor - Ministry of Health Headquarters
