Eligibility or Criteria

  • Filling the service form by the engineering office.

Required Documents

  • 3 Copies of Specification of Home Connection Location Application Form filled by the engineering office
  • Copy of the document of title of the real estate
  • Copy of the civil ID
  • General site plan from the Municipality showing the location of the parcel for which a drainage outlet is required to be specified (2 copies)
  • Architecture plan for the interior design of drainage system
