Service Description

  • This service allows citizens, private sector companies and organizations, and government entities to request connection of home drainage network to the public drainage network (main line).

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Attendance of service applicant or his/her representative in the premises of the Ministry in the governorate. Also absence of violation of the license approved by the Ministry; and in case of requesting an additional extension, the applicant pays the extension fees

Required Documents

  • Civil ID
  • drain plan approved by the Ministry of Public Works
  • documents of title for parcel in case of buying one
