Replacement for Lost/Damaged Document for GCC Citizens

Service Description

  • This service allows GCC citizens to request a replacement for a lost or damaged Civil ID​.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The applicant or their representative must be present with an official power of attorney from the Ministry of Justice and a legal opinion must be obtained.

  • For individuals under 18 years old, the presence of a parent or guardian is required in cases of divorce.

Required Documents

  • Original passport and a copy of it.
  • Two personal photos that meet the specifications for individuals over 5 years old.
  • Signed declaration confirming the accuracy of the basic information and the photo.
  • Original Civil ID (for replacement of damaged card only).
  • Original power of attorney and original identification of the authorized person.

Procedures

​Visit the Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) headquarters in South Surra – First Floor – Citizens and GCC Registration Office – Morning Shift – from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.​
