Service Description

  • This service allows you to change the person undertaking installments payment

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The first sponsor is unable to afford the payment, or unofficially employed
  • The first sponsor is unemployed, or has been suspended
  • The first sponsor's employer is not related to the organization

Required Documents

  • Recent salary certificate for the new sponsor
  • The sponsor should be employed by a government entity

Procedures

The sponsor must attend in person at the Collection Department, with his recent salary certificate, to sign a payment undertaking letter
The employee in charge in the Collection Department reviews the salary certificate, and receives the undertaking letter signed by the sponsor
The collection employee enters the data in the collection screen, prepares a letter to be sent to the employer, and updates the collection card
