Service Description

  • This service allows the citizen to submit a request to allocate a Government housing unit in the declared areas

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Being among the distribution priority list

Required Documents

  • Ownership of real estate certificate from the Ministry of Justice
  • Mortgage Loan Certificate from Saving and Credit Bank
  • Salary certificate
  • Determination of inheritance certificate in case he is the applicant and owns real estate property
  • Other documents depending on every case
  • Copy of civil ID
  • Educational certificates are required in case the concerned individual does not work

Procedures

Submit an allocation request in Citizen Service Department
The Application and Research Department will inquire about each case to ensure the completion of allocation prerequisites. A Government housing unit allocation issue will be issued, but will not be activated until the applicant is listed on Distribution Priority List
