Service Description

  • Obtaining a medical file proving the disability

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Presence of a recent medical report from the treating hospital

Required Documents

  • Recent medical report not older than three months
  • Copy of the civil card indicting the condition of the applicant
  • Two Personal photographs of the disabled - for both new or renewing file

Procedures

Presenting the required documents at the location of the Authority building in Hawalli region - Block 11 - Beirut Street - opposite Bayan Bilingual School​,  from 8 am to 12 pm for women on Sundays and Tuesdays and for men on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Set an appointment at the concerned committee of the authority based on the type of disability indicated in the report
The results can be inquired about 20 to 25 days after the set appointment of the concerned committee
