Service Description

  • A marriage loan is granted to the disabled even in case he marries a non-Kuwaiti citizen. (for all the disabled)

Eligibility or Criteria

  • None

Required Documents

  • Copy of the proof of disability certificate issued by the General Authority for the Disabled Affairs
  • Copy of the civil ID (of the husband and wife)
  • New marriage contract (not more than 6 months old)
  • Marriage continuity certificate issued by the Ministry of Justice or the Government Mall (in case of marriage certificates more than 6 months old)

Procedures

The required documents are submitted at the Authority building in Hawalli region - Block 11 - Beirut Street - opposite Bayan Bilingual School​
