Required Documents

  • Copy of the initial approval from the tourism sector.
  • Copy of the commercial license.
  • Copy of Kuwait Municipality approval.
  • Certificate of Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor.
  • Copy of license from Kuwait fire service Directorate.
  • Copy of advertisement license.
  • Copy of Authorized signature.
  • Copy of the license.
  • A copy of commercial register of the company.
  • PACI civil No. for the building.
  • A certificate of the managing company of the project.
  • Required classification form.
  • Copy of lease of the building or holding ownership.
  • Operating license no.

Procedures

Registration in tourism site and printing the form of requesting permanent / temporary operating license and identifying Permanent / temporary 6 months​
Bringing the required documents and head to tourism sector - Ministry of Information​
