Eligibility or Criteria

  • Existing hotel facility
  • Meeting the minimum criteria for classification of the required

Required Documents

  • Copy of the initial approval from the tourism sector
  • Copy of the commercial license
  • copy of Kuwait Municipality approval
  • Copy of Social affairs and labor certification
  • Copy of license from Kuwait fire service Directorate.
  • Copy of advertisement license
  • Copy of Authorized signature .
  • Copy of the commercial license .
  • Copy of the commercial register of the company
  • PACI civil No. for the building
  • Certificate of the managing company of the project
  • Required classification form
  • Copy of the lease of the building or holding ownership

Procedures

Registration in tourism site and printing the form of requesting permanent / temporary operating license and identifying Permanent / temporary 6 months​
Bringing the required documents and head to tourism sector - Ministry of Information​
