Service Description

  • This service allows business sector/companies to obtain residence certificates for government entities, private sector, and individuals.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Copy of the civil ID
  • Copy of the passport for residents
  • Power of attorney, in case an agent exists, and the civil ID of the agent
  • Residence certificate
  • Copy of Nationality Certificate ,for Kuwaiti citizens only
  • Copy of work contract ,for foreigners only

Required Documents

  • Beneficiary Data form
  • Declaration form

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, located in ElMerqab, Block 1, Building 14, 1st floor, Tax Liability and Planning Department, and submit the required documents
