Submit the required documents and follow the procedures below for dealing with complaints
In case of submitting a complaint to the Office of the Under Secretary, it shall be transferred to the competent authority
In case of submitting a complaint to the Public Relations Department, visit the authority against which the complaint is made
In case of submitting a complaint to the local newspapers, if the complaint is unspecified (the place or person, etc.), data will be required to gather facts about the complain issue through correspondence with the paper. After obtaining the necessary data, the concerned authority will be contacted to determine the circumstances of the issue and request a response to the complaint
