Service Description

  • This service allows patients treated at their place of residence to obtain medical beds.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The patient must have a medical report
  • Any of the patient's children or relatives must submit an application form and the ID

Required Documents

  • The patient’s medical report
  • The patient’s civil ID
  • The applicant’s civil ID
  • The application of supply

Procedures

Visit the Ministry of Health Headquarters - Financial Accounting Department - Revenues Section and submit the required documents.
Fill the service application form
Pay the fees due at the general cashier's counter of the Ministry of Health
Refer to the Warehouses Department in Subhan to receive the medical bed
